Purba Karamanuraj Vivekananda Sporting Club ACHIEVEMENTS & ACTIVITIESA Awareness Program Conducted awareness programs to aware rural people regarding Environment Pollution, Health and Hygiene etc. with the participation of local villagers and resource persons. Text Book Distribution Distributed free text books to the needy students for helping poor guardians. Cloth and Blanket Distribution Distributed cloth and blankets to the poor rural people in rural areas in West Bengal. Helping Old Aged Persons Arranged food, medicines, cloths, blankets etc. to distribute among old aged persons so that they can live with some comfort. Healthcare Program Awareness camp program organised to aware rural people, health check-up camp was arranged, medicines distributed free of cost with the presence of doctors and resource persons. Helping to the poor Artisans Conducted different types of handicrafts program like Jute craft, Embroidery craft and Kantha Stich work for the rehabilitation of poor women in our operation areas. Literacy Camp Our organisation has put emphasis on the literacy programme because we beleave that if the people are not properly literate and award regarding there duties, the nation may not be developed and different problem cropped in the society face by the people. Therefore, we organized as our regular programme literacy camp in our operation area for sprading education to the children and illiterate elder people. Cultural Program Organised cultural programs on notable days like competition on singing, drawing, recitation, discussion on different topics etc. with the participation of huge spectators. Games & Sports Organised Games & Sports in every year to involve school children to participant in the games & sports.
